ideal spot for exploring fisherman's wharf and parks
I really appreciated how close we were to Fisherman's Wharf, just a short walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the vibrant waterfront scenery, and we also loved the proximity to the Aquarium of the Bay, a lovely place to spend a few hours with family, making our stay super fun and convenient.

We stayed here for three nights, and the location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to Pier 39 and the cable car. The kids loved the bike ride over to the waterfront, and we appreciated the staff's kindness in upgrading our room for extra space.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use an upgrade. More space would help with a family stay, especially with kids. A separate lighting option for the toilet area would also be a big plus.

would definitely book again
Great location near the wharf. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The lobby had a cozy fireplace, which added a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helped plan our outings. The bar had great drinks for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Couples seek warmth and good service
The valet team was top-notch, friendly and quick to help with our stuff, made checking in pleasure. Plus, the complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning was a much-needed boost to start our days.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the wharf, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The Mediterranean dishes offered were fresh and enjoyable. However, the initial room assignment for our family was inadequate for three people, requiring an upgrade at an unexpected cost. Communication regarding the room size was disappointing, and staff responses felt unhelpful at times. Lastly, while the lobby setup was lovely, the small patio offered limited outdoor space for relaxation.

missingWrote a review on Sept 21fantastic locationcomfortable bedsexcessive amenity feescleanliness issues
The location was fantastic, really convenient for exploring Fisherman's Wharf, and the comfortable beds were a plus. However, the amenity fees felt excessive, especially for basic services like Wi-Fi. I also encountered some cleanliness issues and unhelpful staff at times. Overall, decent but could improve.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17stylish roomgreat location
I got a big, stylish room with a super-comfy bed. and the location was perfect, just a short stroll to Fisherman’s Wharf and even the Italian and Chinatown neighborhoods. Each morning, they had coffee and tea in the lobby—like a little perk that made waking up easier!
But let's be real here, it wasn't exactly a bargain either.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring Fisherman's Wharf, and it was so easy to walk to all the attractions, like Pier 39. The funny dining spot below served some great meals, which made our evenings fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool was a bit too small for a family. We wished there were more activities available for kids since we had a large family group with us.

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and helpful staff made my stays comfortable. I fondly remember how they assisted my elderly parents on our first visit. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic group vacation, enjoying the beautiful views at Fleet Week and exploring the Golden Gate Bridge. The location near the Wharf made it convenient to access great food and attractions. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend checking out the Pescatore restaurant attached to the hotel. it was delicious!
The only downside was the additional amenity charges at the end of our stay. They felt like a surprise, and I think it would be better if they were included in the initial price.

missingWrote a review on Jul 24cozy courtyardcomplimentary drinkslimited dining
The cozy courtyard features fire pits, perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. A nice touch is the complimentary infused water available throughout the day, adding a refreshing aspect to your stay.
Pricing stings significantly. you won't find breakfast included despite the high rates. The on-site restaurant offers a limited menu, and room service options can be misleading—no hot drinks after 10 AM means you're out of luck if you're craving coffee. Hallways can feel eerie at night and lead to confusion. Thin walls result in noise intrusion from neighboring rooms, making it a challenge to find peace. Lastly, not all rooms deliver the promised views, with some facing walls instead of much-needed scenery.

We had a wonderful experience exploring Fisherman's Wharf with my mom. The location is off the charts, just a few blocks from Pier 39, and we loved the easy bike access to take in the beautiful bay views. As an added bonus, the staff was super helpful, which made our stay even better!
My kids wished the bathroom had more space for our family needs.
